SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Every piece is made to order and ships upon completion — approximately 2 weeks from commission confirmation.

Each hat is packed with care and shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your piece leaves the studio.

Shipping costs are confirmed before your commission begins.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every RAcustomhats piece is made to order, one-of-one, and never repeated. Because each hat is created specifically for you, all commission sales are final.

The 50% deposit required to begin your commission is non-refundable. It reserves your place in the studio and covers the materials prepared for your piece.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
