How a commission works
Every piece begins with a conversation and ends with something that has never existed before.
1. The Conversation
Tell me what you're imagining — a reference, a mood, a color, a story. You don't need to speak "hat language." That's my job.
2. The Design
I translate your vision into a design: silhouette, materials, details. You approve everything before a single cut is made.
3. The Build
Your hat is blocked, shaped, stitched and finished entirely by hand, from scratch. No blanks. No shortcuts.
4. The Delivery
Finished, inspected, and shipped to your door in protective packaging.
The details
- Commissions begin at $400.
- Current lead time: 2 weeks from design approval.
- A 50% deposit reserves your place and begins the work. The balance is due before shipping.
- Every commission is one of one. I never repeat a design.
Begin your commission
Tell me: your name, what you're dreaming of (the hat, the occasion, the feeling), colors and materials you love, your hat size, your budget range, and whether you need it by a specific date. I personally read every request and reply within 48 hours.

Can you recreate a hat I saw on your page?
I don't repeat designs — every piece is one of one. But if a sold piece inspires you, I'll design something in its spirit, made only for you.
I don't know exactly what I want. Is that okay?
That's the best starting point. The consultation exists to turn a feeling into a design.
How long will it take?
2 weeks from design approval to delivery.

Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the USA. Every hat travels in protective packaging, fully insured.
