Every piece begins from scratch: raw felt, shaped, steamed, and finished entirely by hand. No blanks. No molds. No shortcuts. And once a hat finds its owner, the design is retired forever. It will never be made again.

This is not manufacturing. It is a commission — a collaboration between maker and wearer, resulting in a piece that exists once in the world, and only on your head.
